Our summer classes will begin July 6-18 and run through mid August.
We are offering many locations and class times, including late afternoon and Saturday, in our effort to make our classes available to more families.
Scroll to the bottom of this page to see our Summer Class Schedule. When you find the class that suits you, visit our Registration page to register.
Each season our weekly, 45-minute classes include songs, rhythmic chants, movement, and instrument play, from our carefully selected collection of songs.
(We have 9 fall/winter/spring song collections and 3 summer collections!) These activities are presented as informal,non-performance-oriented musical experiences; they are developmentally appropriate for children and stimulating for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability.
We use shakers, bells, sticks, and drums, to add fun to our classes.
We move with scarves, balls, dynabands, wrist ribbons, and parachutes! We recycle and re-use with our kitchen shakers, our syrup jug drums, and our tea box bells. Two CD's and a songbook, as well as a booklet and DVD about the Music Together® philosophy for new families, are included in your tuition.

The classes have been a big success with families and residents. The multi-generational classes bring satisfaction and joy to families and residents alike. The lovely residences, home to many retired seniors, welcome our classes to their beautiful Living Rooms. Families sit in the middle of the room with the residents in chairs around them. We sing, clap, and laugh together. The children delight in handing the instruments to the seniors and picking them up again after the songs. The residents love watching the families as they dance, roll balls, and enjoy the music. (See photos ofmultigenerational classes in our Photo gallery) We hope that one of our locations will be convenient for your family to join us for Music Together!
